Kőleves

Kőleves opened 14 years ago on 28 December 2005 on the corner of Kazinczy and Dob streets. We operated there for 8 years, then in 2013 we opened our kitchen at 41 Kazinczy, which is now finally a real kitchen. We finally had space and a microwave oven and we can make almost all our own ingredients, from pasta and bread to all the jams and sauces and gravies. Here, we were able to realise our dream of being more environmentally conscious and true to our principles (see our Ars Poetica). Our dishes, apart from our emblematic dishes (which we don't change), are always in season and change frequently, even weekly or daily, on the menu.
